Job's mission

We are seeking an experienced logistics professional to join our team and drive operational excellence across warehouse and third-party logistics (3PL) management. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless movement of goods through global supply chains, optimizing costs, and maintaining compliance with trade regulations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in service supply chain management within the semiconductor industry, coupled with strong analytical skills and proficiency in SAP and modern logistics systems. Key Responsibilities
• Manage warehouse & 3PL for efficiency in both operations and capacity.
• Monitor shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity. Handle and review import/export operation with Carriers/Brokers.
• Support Trade for license/compliance related matters.
• Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways.
• SAP operation for retrieving sales order/purchase order/STO/ICPO in/out/return.
• Cooperate with logistics carrier / Express supplier for on-time delivery .
• Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low.
• Organize and manage inventory, storage, and transportation.
• Address and resolve shipment, ordering and inventory issues.
• Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
• Answer and address customer queries on order and shipment status.

Experience / Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or higher is required 
  • 5+ years in Service Supply Chain Management in Semiconductor Industry.
  • Working knowledge of modern logistics, material flow and improvement strategies and the ability to integrate those into the operation.
  • Experience in SAP is preferred, knowledge of TMS / WMS functionalities is expected
  • Must have high “sense of urgency” and “know how” to escalate to proper channel
  • Proven self-starter, change agent and influencer
  • Ability to operate in an environment of significant change and ambiguity
