- Represent the Service organization in collaboration with Quality and SAP QM IT teams on NC topics, FSM Smart Forms, and system enhancements.
- Review and drive resolution of high‑cost and systemic NCs, including participation in cross‑functional task forces.
- Own NC cost reclassification and recovery, aligning with KPU GPS, Business Development, GPM, and Finance to enable chargebacks.
- Provide monthly cost reclassification forecasts and actively drive actual cost recovery.
- Proactively monitor high‑cost material usage during IQ and warranty phases and drive timely closure.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and operate with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, global environment.
What sets you apart
- Experience as a Field Service Engineer or Project Management in a semiconductor environment.
- Operational knowledge of the full process flow from system booking through build, installation qualification, sign‑off, and warranty.
