Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Almere, the Netherlands
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on TA professional to lead full-cycle hiring across Europe and the U.S., partnering with business leaders to deliver high-impact talent solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment, brings creativity to sourcing, and is passionate about delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. Take a closer look at the role:
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process - from sourcing through to pre-boarding - while partnering closely with hiring managers and People Team stakeholders to deliver seamless recruitment lifecycles across Europe and the U.S.
- Source and attract diverse, high-quality talent across all levels - from internships and fixed-term contracts to senior and executive roles - ensuring a consistent focus on quality, speed, and exceptional candidate experience.
- Conduct regular meetings to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
- Ensure a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Drive and unlock out-of-the-box sourcing strategies using creativity, platforms, and internal networks to reduce agency reliance.
- Build and maintain proactive internal and external talent pipelines to support business growth and succession planning.
- Use data and analytics to inform hiring decisions and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
- Provide market insights and best practice guidance to business leaders and People teams to support informed, data-driven hiring decisions.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the business, ensuring hiring strategies align with broader business goals and enable long-term success.
- Take an active interest in ASM’s industry and business priorities to inform and tailor recruitment approaches.
- Contribute to global TA projects and employer branding initiatives.
- Leverage ASM’s investment in smart recruitment tools and technologies to work efficiently and effectively.
We could be a great match if you:
- Have a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree with at least 10 years of full cycle, in-house talent acquisition experience, in tech, ideally across Europe and the US
- You have the proven ability to hire across all levels, including executive and early-career roles.
- You’ve got excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- You are creative and use this to build proactive talent pipelines, in line with business priorities
- You are both data-driven and technology savvy, which you use to make hiring decisions and drive process improvement.
- Business acumen or interest in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience contributing to global TA and employer branding initiatives.
- Are willing to travel occasionally for recruiting events and meetings and are willing to work in the office 4 days a week.
