We are a dynamic, fast-growing international hi-tech company operating in Taiwan. As an HR Generalist/ Manager, People Services, you will play a pivotal role in delivering HR services and solutions to our managers and employees in this demanding environment. Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, managers, and employees, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of HR processes while constantly seeking opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Employee Services

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for Taiwan, providing timely and accurate responses to employee and manager inquiries to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
• Facilitate employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders on services such as relocation, benefits, and payroll.
• Support disciplinary actions by conducting thorough investigations, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Legal teams for resolution.

Systems & Data Management
• Maintain and update HRIS systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) to ensure accurate employee records.
• Support the implementation of global HR systems and tools, ensuring smooth adoption and a positive experience for employees through effective communication, training, and feedback collection.
• Monitor and analyze HR operational metrics and trends, identifying opportunities for efficiency, compliance, and employee experience enhancements.

Policy, Compliance & Governance
• Offer guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to both managers and employees.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and company standards.
• Represent the country in global HR operations forums or working groups, contributing to policy development, system enhancements, and best practice sharing.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and employment regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have:
• SAP (SuccessFactors) experience.
• Knowledge in HR services best practice
