Job's mission
You’ll take on a key coordination role in global spares planning — working closely with field service engineers, procurement teams, commodity managers, manufacturers, and expeditors. By helping fine-tune master data and planning parameters, you’ll support our supply chain excellence and ensure the right parts are always where they need to be. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, takes ownership, and brings precision, responsiveness, and a drive for results every single day.
What you will be working on
- Participate in master data management to review and fine-tune global spares planning parameters that drive supply chain excellence
- Manage materials planning to reduce downtime, prevent stockouts (zero bin), and maximize inventory turns by:
- Verifying and maintaining accurate stocking levels
- Communicating daily with internal stakeholders to align on demand
- Monitoring inventory closely to meet service expectations
- Collaborate with procurement teams and commodity managers to expedite spare parts and ensure on-time delivery
- Apply deep knowledge of supply chain planning and process improvement, including demand forecasting, risk management, inventory optimization, and system integration
- Lead planning-related meetings, driving alignment, commitment, and accountability across global and cross-functional teams
- Deliver regular reporting and provide ad-hoc analysis to support decisions and operational improvements
What we are looking for
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years in supply chain, planning, or logistics
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in SAP and advanced in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
What sets you apart
- Background in semiconductor, electronics, or other high-volume industries
- Experience with spares planning, purchase order expediting, and demand forecasting
- Skilled at cross-functional coordination in a global environment
