Job's mission

Our Senior Supply Chain Analyst sits at the heart of ASM’s Global Emergency Support operations. By expediting critical spare part deliveries and resolving material flow disruptions, you’ll ensure customers around the world receive timely service that keeps advanced semiconductor tools up and running. Your proactive coordination and problem solving will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, tool uptime, and ASM’s operational excellence.

What you will be working on

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer order expediting and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with buyers, logistics providers, and warehouse teams to ensure critical shipments meet global deadlines.
  • Monitor shipment progress and troubleshoot delivery delays or material shortages.
  • Prepare and distribute daily warehouse receiving reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Technical Service teams to ensure smooth resolution of emergency requests.
  • Investigate deviations in scheduled deliveries or production assemblies, escalating issues as needed.
  • Support parts transfers between global locations to resolve urgent tool-down situations.
  • Provide after-hours customer support as needed.
  • Analyze complex equipment structures and break down material requirements to resolve tool-down events efficiently.
  • Monitor shipment status, troubleshoot delays and material shortages, and escalate issues that could impact customer uptime or delivery KPIs.
  • Take ownership of management reporting, ensuring data accuracy, timely insights, and alignment with delivery performance and revenue goals.
  • Ad-hoc request based on business needs

What we are looking for

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or order fulfillment.
  • Proficiency using SAP ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in English with good project management skills
  • Able to work under pressure and manage urgent timelines in a dynamic global setting.

  • Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise tools.
  • Previous involvement in global or 24/7 support environments.
