Job's mission
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition ASIA to be based in Dongtan, Korea. This is an individual contributing role, working closely with Korea People Team, regional/global COE teams and wider business in driving recruitment, early careers and employer branding initiatives.
To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and be innovative in how you source candidates directly. You will be passionate about providing exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience in all of your interactions.
In addition, you will have experience in understanding and embedding processes and have the ability to work within a global centre of excellence model whilst adhering to local regulations, policies and nuances.
What You Will Be Working On
Partner with, consult and advise hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Identify and source exceptional diverse talent for open roles (permanent, fixed term contracts, internships etc.) within the organization.
- Build talent pipelines needed for business growth, succession planning and replacement hires
- Create unique ways to source candidates directly including the more traditional avenues such as LinkedIn, job boards, internal and external networks
- Drive the employer branding initiatives together with Business Leaders, People partners and Corporate Communication team
- Provide counsel on all resourcing related matters to HR, hiring managers and the wider TA team
- Have the ability to understand complex global processes and help embed them into new countries with an understanding (and keep abreast) of local laws, policies and regulations
- Lead and facilitate the assessment, interviewing and offer process
- Actively manage relationships with preferred suppliers and ensure supplier selection meet criteria around diversity and candidate experience
- Use data to provide insight to hiring managers on recruitment activity, candidate experience and the resourcing lifecycle
- Participate in project workstreams to help drive and deliver the future resourcing functions objectives
What We Are Looking For
- Intellectually curious and open-minded with a growth mindset
- Authenticity and transparency
- At least 10 years of recruiting/talent advisory experience at a fast-paced company
- Experience in understanding complexities of employer branding strategies from design to delivery
- Strong Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Delivering results and fostering collaboration and teamwork with business partners and team members in a virtual capacity.
- Fluent in both Korean and English.
