Job’s mission

As a Site Occupational Health Nurse 職業健康護理師 (職護) at ASM Taiwan, you will play a key role in safeguarding employee health and supporting a safe, compliant, and productive work environment. You will report to the Taiwan Site Services EHS Manager; partnering closely with the EHS team and site stakeholders deliver occupational health services that meet Taiwan regulatory requirements, customer standards, and ASM’s global EHS framework. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact locally while contributing to global health and safety initiatives in a high‑tech, fast‑paced environment.


What you will be working on

  • Provide occupational health services in accordance with Taiwan legal requirements and customer site protocols
  • Conduct and manage employee health assessments, including pre‑employment and periodic health checks
  • Implement and support health promotion programs such as wellness campaigns, vaccinations, and ergonomic assessments
  • Provide first aid and emergency response support; manage medical rooms, first aid kits, and lactation rooms
  • Monitor and manage occupational health risks (e.g., chemical exposure, ergonomics, mental health concerns)
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records in compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with the EHS team on incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Participate in safety committee meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Act and internal EHS policies
  • Track, analyze, and report health-related metrics and mandatory health check compliance
  • Liaise with local health authorities and medical providers as required
  • Travel Requirement: Up to 30% domestic travel within Taiwan, primarily supporting Tainan and Kaohsiung sites.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Taiwan (台灣護理師執照)
  • 52hours Occupational Health Nursing Training Certificate (勞工健康服務護理人員訓練證書)
  • CPR First-Aid Certification
  • At least 2 years of occupational health or related nursing experience
  • Basic knowledge of occupational health practices and EHS principles
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of integrity with a strong commitment to confidentiality
