Training Developer

As a Training Developer, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across diverse projects and make an impact early in your career. You’ll have the autonomy to explore creative solutions, collaborate with supportive teammates, and apply fresh ideas under pressure. Success comes from innovative thinking, teamwork, and attention to detail in building engaging learning experiences.

  • About the Role
    Create innovative, interactive software-simulations and training for engineering and technology teams. Blend instructional design with gamification and simulation development to make complex concepts engaging and accessible.

    Responsibilities

    • Design software simulations, e-learning modules, and gamified content for technical audiences.
    • Apply adult learning principles and UI/UX best practices for intuitive design.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy.
    • Continuously improve programs using feedback and emerging tech.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Game Design, Gamification, Instructional Design, Software Design or related field.
    • 3–5 years in game design or software simulator design, instructional design or hands-on gamified training development (engineering/tech preferred).
    • Experience with creating software simulations, gamification, and tools like Articulate, Adobe Suite, Camtasia.
    • Basic hands-on programming (HTML / CSS / JavaScript, Python) and familiarity with engineering concepts.
    • Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design.
